- Limits available up to 100% of the value of your home

- Interest is accrued on the funds you actually use (outstanding balance)
- Minimum payment of 1.5% of the outstanding principal balance.

We originate and service all of our loans. You will make your payment at The Bank of Kaukauna. You will not have to call an “800” number if you ever have questions or concerns about your home loan.
