Gina is Vice President of Residential Lending. She is responsible for consumer and mortgage lending, sales, service delivery, and relationship management for both consumer and mortgage lending. Gina’s diverse banking background enables her to identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and services.
Gina was raised in Kaukauna. Prior to joining the Bank of Kaukauna in 2012, she began her banking career with F&M Bank in 1987. She started in the bookkeeping area and was eventually promoted to Operations Manager. In 1999, F&M Bank was acquired by Citizens Bank, and Gina continued her employment with them as Regional Service Manger. Her responsibilities included effective and efficient service delivery for 11 branches in the Fox Valley area, and directly managed the Customer Service Supervisors in each location.
In 2002, Gina was named Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for the Citizens Bank branch in Kaukauna. She was responsible for consumer and small business banking sales, service delivery, and relationship management for both consumer and small business loans and deposits.
Sarah is a Consumer and Mortgage Loan Officer. Sarah’s well rounded banking experience allows her to adequately see the overall picture and recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet her customer’s needs.
Sarah was raised in the Fox Valley. Prior to starting at the Bank of Kaukana in 2013, Sarah has 14 years of banking experience. She started her banking career with Marshall & Illsley Bank in 2001. Throughout the 10 years she spent working for Marshall & Illsley Bank, she worked in various departments including M&I Support Services and the Regional Credit Center. Sarah was promoted to Mortgage Lender in 2008. From 2011 – 2013, Sarah worked for Unison Credit Union as a Financial Services Representative. She was responsible for working with mortgages, consumer loans, deposit accounts and IRA’s.
John Hendrickson is a commercial lender and relationship manager. He assists customers in structuring and financing commercial transactions throughout the Northeast Wisconsin region. Representative areas of expertise include employee buyouts of closely held corporations, commercial real estate transactions, dental financing, agribusiness, and manufacturing.
John was born and raised in the Fox Valley, where he has been active in numerous organizations and charities. Prior to joining the Bank of Kaukauna in 2011, John spent 10 years at U.S. Bank and 14 years at Marshall & Illsley Bank.
